Construction Review Board

Purpose of the Construction Review Board

To hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by City and County building officials relating to the International Building and Residential Codes, the International Mechanical Code and the Uniform Plumbing Code.

Meeting Information

Meets as needed when an appeal is filed. The Board shall not meet more than twice monthly.

Member Specifications

Members: 6

Term: 3 years

Details: Both the City and the County have three appointments; one design professional (Architect or Engineer) and two construction industry representatives.
