Pay Your Sewer Bill Online

Please take a moment to review the Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Security Policy.

It can take approximately 4 business days for your payments to post to Spokane County.  To avoid late fees, please refer to the payment due dates as they appear on your monthly billing statement.

For sewer lien payoff amounts, Capital Facilities Rates (CFR) prepayments and partial payments of $500 or more, or General Facilities Charges (GFC) payoffs, please contact our office at (509) 477-3604 prior to submitting payment.

Enroll Using Your Bank Account

To enroll for one time or recurring payments using your bank account, to schedule advance payments, or to sign up for paperless statements, please visit "E-Pay" 

(note: credit card payments are not accepted through E-Pay).

  • Enter your account number and zip code as prompted.
  • Create a User ID and password.
  • Provide your email address.
  • Read and agree to the service terms and conditions.
  • There is no fee for using this service.

If you already have an account you can Sign In to E-Pay to view a copy of your bill, make payments, or view your current balance due.

Make a One-Time Payment

For one-time payment options without enrolling, or to make payments using your Discover, Master Card or Visa credit card, please visit "Just Pay It" 

  • Enter your account number and zip code as prompted.
  • Read and agree to the service terms and conditions.

  • A convenience fee of $2.95 will be charged by FIS, Inc.  Spokane County does not receive any portion of the convenience fee.
