8/23/13: AWR-308 Natural Disaster Awareness for caregivers of senior: The Washington State Department of Health and Social Services is addressing the all-hazards comprehensive emergency management needs of senior citizens – inclusive of all economic, medical, cognitive, and mobility determinants. This course will be offered from 10 AM to 3 PM the 23rd of August, at the Spokane County Fire Training Center. Course Description/Registration
8/28/13: MGT-415 Disaster Recovery in Rural Communities: Stevens and Spokane County Emergency Management are bringing the Disaster Recovery course to the Spokane County Fire Training Center the 28th of August. The hours will be 8-5 PM with lunch being provided. This course assists rural communities with effective and efficient implementation of recovery efforts, ensuring the best long term social and economic recovery of their communities from disaster.
