Spokane County Community Services, Housing, and Community Development is currently updating its Consolidated Plan. This plan serves as the application to HUD in order to receive approximately $3 million annually in Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership funds. The purpose of these funds are to provide a suitable living environment, decent housing, and economic opportunities, principally for low- to moderate-income persons. Spokane County values your input as it updates its priority needs, goals, and strategies. This survey takes approximately five minutes to complete.
