Park Reservations & Special Events

Whether you are planning a crosscountry race, car show, or a large family reunion at a Spokane County Park facility, you may need to apply for a Special Event Permit. Please review the documents below to determine whether your planned activity is considered a "special event" and the application materials needed to process your event request. If you have any questions regarding your event, please contact Paul Knowles, Park Planner at (509) 477-2188 or pknowles@spokanecounty.org.

Please Note: Permit fee(s) for special events and shelter rentals do not include the seasonal entry fees charged at Liberty Lake Regional Park, 5/25 - 9/2.

Additional Permits May Be Necessary (Please Read Below)

• Spokane Regional Health District (May be applicable if serving/selling certain types of food)
• Spokane County Roads and Engineering (If impacting public streets or right-of-ways, contact Linda Britz at (509) 477-7407)
• Spokane Valley Junior Soccer Association (If planned event will take place at Plante's Ferry Sports Stadium)
