8/9/2010: SCRAPS is currently processing on-line renewals, however recently we have received more than we could process in a timely manner, please be patient with us as we work to resolve this issue. THe on-line license renewal is working just fine, it may just take us an extra week to get your license to you in the mail. Thank you!
