Every dog deserves a home, help SCRAPS with our annual dog house drive. Donate a dog house and help save the live of a needy pet.  Dog house donations can be made at SCRAPS.

SCRAPS is having a Thanks for Giving Them A Home promotion.  On Tuesday, Nov. 24th and Saturday, Nov. 28th, SCRAPS will be waiving the adoption fee of all cats and kittens ($15 license fee still applies).  Come and adopt your next best friend!

Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) is a progressive municipal animal care and protection agency located in Spokane Valley, Washington.


Services & programs

SCRAPS serves the unincorporated areas of Spokane County, the Cities of Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Millwood, Cheney, and Fairchild Air Force Base. SCRAPS meets the animal control, protection, and care needs of residents and the community. SCRAPS has deputized animal protection officers extensively trained to enforce animal laws, investigate animal cruelty complaints, and respond to emergency situations. SCRAPS is also active in educational and community outreach programs. SCRAPS is dedicated to its continued investment in innovative behavioral programs. These lifesaving programs are supported by donations from the community.
