Introduction
SCRAPS provides the residents of the unincorporated areas of Spokane County, the City of Spokane Valley, the City of Millwood, the City of Cheney and Fairchild Air Force Base, with animal control services including, but not limited to, responding to injured/sick dogs or cats, vicious animals, dog bites, and cruelty complaints. We also confine stray dogs, and pick up dogs and cats that have been killed on county roads. We respond to animal at large complaints and patrol neighborhoods for stray pets.
Hours
We are open to the public Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday -- Noon-5:30PM. We are closed Wednesday and Sunday.
