Make a Payment

Spokane County District Court will continue to accept payments on the following case types: Deferred Prosecutions, Stipulated Order of Continuance (SOC), Continuance for Dismissal (CFD), and Deferred Findings on Infractions. The Court will also accept payment in full within 30 days of receiving a citation or within 30 days of your conviction following a court hearing. Please click here for payment options. All other monthly time payments are now managed for the Court by PAR Acceptance. Please see below for more information.

Spokane County District Court contracts with PAR Acceptance to manage time payments. Your monthly payment to PAR is determined by the total amount owed on all Court accounts that have been assigned to PAR and will be reflected on your monthly billing statement. Your statement will be mailed on the 1st business day of each month with payment due on the 25th of each month.

New accounts assigned to PAR will have a set-up fee of $15 assessed on the first billing statement. There will also be a recurring $5 per month billing charge on each statement. PAR will accept payments by cash, personal check, money order, travelers’ checks, and debit or credit cards.

Cases totaling less than $500
Cases totaling more than $500 and less than $800
Cases totaling more than $800 and less than $1200

Automatic payments may be setup via credit card by contacting PAR. No additional convenience fees will be assessed for debit or credit card transactions.


Payments Online to the Court:

Please Note: Payments must be $500 or less. If your bill is over $500, you may make multiple payments up to $500 each time, up to the total amount of your bill. Please note: Online payments are made through Official Payments Corp. (OPC); there will be a convenience fee assessed for each payment.

If you do not know your citation (ticket) number or penalty amount, call Spokane County District Court at (509) 477-4770, option 5. You may not use this system if your case in in collection or warrant status. Also, this procedure may not be used to bond a person out of jail. Holds on drivers licenses or vehicle tabs will not be released for 7 to 10 days.

Spokane County District Court  accepts cash, personal checks, and money orders at both court locations. Make all checks and money orders payable to Spokane County District Court. Please include the ticket number on your check or money order.

If you wish to pay by phone with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit card, or electronic check on Spokane County District Court cases you can call Official Payments Corp (OPC) at 1-800-487-4567 (to speak with an operator) or at 1-877-646-4788 (to use the automated payment system).  Please note: OPC does assess a convenience fee.>
