Libery Lake Parking Restrictions
Following the March 9, 2010 public hearing, the Board of County Commissioners decided per Resolution No. 10-0240 to hold a deliberation meeting for March 24, 2010 and continue the matter for decision only to April 6, 2010 at 2:00pm or as soon as possible thereafter. As previously noted, the purpose of the initial public hearing was to take testimony concerning the adoption of Resolution 10-0168, which would impose parking restrictions on certain county roads south of the City of Liberty Lake, WA, as requested by the Spokane Valley Fire District. Mission Statement
The mission of the Division of Engineering and Roads is to provide and maintain the best possible county road system and serve the public today and into the future. To perform additional public works engineering and assist other departments and agencies. Provide cost effective equipment and vehicle purchase, rental, leasing and maintenance services for county departments. Provide general information regarding public and private roads, development standards, drainage and floodplain guidelines, as well as permits for approaches and street obstruction. Provide design, construction, traffic, traffic safety and transportation demand management programs countywide.
