Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Negotiate collective bargaining agreements (CBA)
  2. Interprete CBAs and ensure compliance with CBA
  3. Advise County Leaders on labor relations issues
  4. Ensure compliance with State and federal labor laws –
  5. Manage employee discipline, discharge and grievances
  6. Conduct employee misconduct internal investigations
  7. Train County Leaders regarding Labor issues
  8. Represent County before Public Employee Relations Commission -
  9. Facilitate and draft County’s Labor Policies
