RSN - Mental Health - Contact Information for Individuals in or Seeking Services

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH ADMINISTRATOR for ADAMS, FERRY, GRANT, LINCOLN, OKANOGAN, PEND OREILLE, AND STEVENS COUNTIES

Effective October 1, 2012, North Central Washington Regional Support Network (NCWRSN), an agency that administers contracts for public mental health services with Adams, Ferry, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, and Stevens counties, joined with the Spokane County Regional Support Network (SCRSN) to become one multi-county administrator for qualified individuals residing in Adams, Ferry, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Stevens counties, as well as Spokane County.

This is an administrative change only; it will not impact the array of local mental health providers or the individuals enrolled in treatment.

Need Services: If you reside in Adams, Ferry, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane or Stevens Counties and need to obtain Mental Health services for yourself or a family member who has Medicaid, please call the SCRSN at (509) 477-5722 or toll free at 1 (800) 273-5864.

Concern/Complaint-Spokane County: If you are an individual in treatment, or a family member of an individual in treatment and you have a concern/complaint about services from a Spokane provider, please call the Spokane County Ombudsman at (509) 477-4666.

Concern/Complaint-Adams, Ferry, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Stevens Counties: If you are an individual in treatment, or a family member of an individual in treatment and you have a concern/complaint about services received within Adams, Ferry, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, or Stevens County, please call the Ombudsman at 1 (800) 346-4529 or (509) 766-2568 ext. 314.
