NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Spokane County Shooting Area Advisory Committee of Spokane County, Washington, pursuant to the provisions of RCW Section 36.32.120(7) and Spokane County Code Chapter 6.06, that a public hearing will be held at 5:00 pm, on Thursday, the 29th of June 2014, in the Spokane County Public Works Building, Commissioners Assembly Room, located at 1026 W. Broadway Ave., Spokane, WA 99260.

Proposed No Shooting Area with Restricted Shooting along Bowie Rd and Ritchie Rd in the Medical Lake, WA area.

The purpose of the public hearing will be for the Spokane County Shooting Area Advisory Committee to receive public testimony and determine whether or not to recommend the establishment of a No Shooting with Restricted Shooting area in the Medical Lake, WA area.

A copy of the proposed boundaries are available for public viewing and inspection at the County Engineer's Office located at 1026 W. Broadway Ave., Spokane, WA, 99260, during normal County business hours or online by accessing http://www.spokanecounty.org/engineer/content.aspx?c=1501.

Any person may appear at the time, place and date set forth above and present testimony with regard to whether or not the Spokane County Shooting Area Advisory Committee should recommend the proposed no shooting with restricted shooting areas.

All meetings and hearings will be conducted in facilities that are accessible to all member of the public. Additional information with regard to the accessibility of the Public Works Building, Commissioners’ Assembly Room, or notification of an ADA accommodation should be made to Daniela Erickson, Clerk of the Board, at (509) 477-2265.
