Accommodations - Interpreter Services

Spokane County Superior Court complies with the "Requests for Accommodation by Persons with Disabilities" ruling.  This rule creates a uniform process by which individuals with disabilities can obtain accommodations and access to the justice system at all court levels in the state of Washington. 

The Superior Court Administrator's office will also do its utmost to provide prompt information regarding interpreter coordination to persons who may be in need of hearing or language interpretation services.

 Those requesting a language interpreter at county expense must fill out the Motion and Order for Language Interpreter at County Expense and submit it for review to the Judge assigned to the case.
