The Interstate Fair selected four young adults to serve as the 2010 Fair Ambassadors. Selected were Bethany Bothwell (Timberlake High School), Jessica Levy (Mt. Spokane High School), Ashley Smith-Fenton (Medical Lake High School), and Sondra Willmann (Spokane Falls Community College). The Ambassador's Award, given to any one, any exhibit, or any booth, was awarded to Georgia Oberg (Senior Day Activities Coordinator) in 2010.

Special Award Winners

Each year the Fair gives five outstanding achievement awards to exhibitors at the Spokane County Interstate Fair for their efforts. This year's Red, White and Blue Award winners were:
  • Baja Grille (Best Food Booth)
  • Chase Honey Farm (Best Outdoor Commercial Booth)
  • Papa Ray's Market (Best Indoor Commercial Booth)
The Fair also gave a special award to the food or commercial booth that tied into this year's Fair Theme (It's an AG-Venture) most closely. This year's award was given to Creative Memories (Commercial). Congratulations.

Washington State Fair Commission Black & White Award

Each year the Fair is visited by a State Fair Commissioner who may select up to two outstanding exhibit(s) at the Fair. This year's winners were the Agriculture Building (Superintendent Bonnie Sewell) and the Goat Barn (Superintendent Barb Kunze).
