Winter 2022-2023 Parks Service Season
Spokane County's community and regional parks are now in "off-season" mode. What does that mean? In general, restrooms will be closed / unavailable, trash cans and picnic tables will be removed and put into storage, water will be turned off and irrigation blown out. In addition, gates will be closed at Pine River, Fish Lake and Bear Lake (west side only). The gate to the upper Camp Caro parking will also be closed.
Please note: Seasonal closures do not affect Conservation Futures trailheads, where portable restrooms are available throughout the year.
Spokane County Parks, Recreation & Golf maintains several park properties which are popular for winter recreation including some community and regional parks and several Conservation Futures properties such as Antoine Peak, Mica Peak, Dishman Hills, Liberty Lake, and the McKenzie Conservation Area on Newman Lake, among others.
