National Night Out
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, Spokane Valley Police Department, and S.C.O.P.E. (Sheriff’s Community Oriented Policing Effort) invite you to celebrate the 40th year of National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.
The goal of National Night Out is to heighten awareness of crime prevention, strengthen neighborhood spirit and build partnerships with law enforcement. Most importantly, it sends a message to criminals that the neighborhoods are organized and fighting back!
Enjoy the evening outside with neighbors and public safety officials! Host a BBQ, potluck, ice cream social, or other activities-whatever is fun for you! Remember, before you head out, to lock your doors, windows and turn on your porch lights.

Please call Crime Check to report a crime or suspicious activity that does not require immediate attention. You are the eyes and ears of the community and your calls help us to help you! Crime Check is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
