Annual Financial Reports

Audited Financial Statements

Spokane County prepares annual financial statements in conformity with government accounting and reporting standards. The Washington State Auditor’s Office audits the financial statements of Spokane County and issues a formal opinion on the accuracy and reliability of those statements every year.

The County received the best rating possible on each of the reports since Fiscal Year 2004, which is the earliest report available on the State Auditor's Office Website.  To view a report, enter "Spokane County" in the Search Text box and select the date range you wish to view.

Annual Comprehensive Financial Report

The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is an optional, more expansive presentation of financial information than the official audited financial report above. Spokane County prepares this report every year to provide citizens and other interested parties with additional financial detail.

Below are the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report documents for Spokane County. The State Auditor began auditing the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report as of the 2018 fiscal year. An indication of whether they are audited or not is given for each report.
