In the Spokane County Library District, free library cards are available for all residents and property owners in unincorporated Spokane County and the cities and towns of Airway Heights, Cheney, Deer Park, Fairfield, Latah, Medical Lake, Millwood, Rockford, Spangle, Spokane Valley and Waverly.
At a Spokane Public Library, free library cards are available to all residents or property owners in the City of Spokane or in the Spokane County Library District service area.
At the Liberty Lake Municipal Library, free library cards are available to anyone over the age of 5 for residents or non-residents of the City of Liberty Lake.
