Transportation Element

The Transportation Element (TE) provides a 20-year vision for Spokane County’s transportation network. It encompasses projects and implementation measures which respect the region’s character and support anticipated growth and planned land use throughout the unincorporated county. The TE is a required element in a Growth Management Act (GMA) Comprehensive Plan for a county under RCW36.70A.070(6). The Transportation Element is included as an appendix to the Spokane County Capital Facilities Plan.
