The Spokane County Planning Commission pursuant to Chapter 36.70 and 36.70A RCW, will hold a public meeting with a virtual participation option in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, Lower Level, Public Works Building, located at 1026 W. Broadway, Spokane, WA on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at 9:00 a.m..
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the following matters:
WORKSHOP: The Spokane County Planning Commission will continue its workshop series on the updates to the Spokane County Capital Facilities Plan. Spokane County’s consultant on the project, SCJ Alliance, will be presenting the recent work completed for discussion with the Spokane County Planning Commission.
WORKSHOP: On April 28, 2022, the Spokane County Planning Commission voted unanimously to direct staff to study lands within the West Plains-Thorpe UGA/JPA that are assigned the Light Industrial category by the Spokane County Zoning Code and the Spokane County Comprehensive Plan. Staff will be presenting an update and preliminary analyses on the study area.
During the virtual workshop, there will be an opportunity to comment and ask questions. Public Comments may be limited to three (3) minutes per speaker.
