SITE DESCRIPTION

The site is composed of two parcels totaling 2.3 acres of vacant land. It borders Hallett Road to the south and Holly Road to the east.  The site is substantially flat with some low-lying vegetation and several trees.  It is located adjacent to Snowden Elementary which is across Holly Road to the east.
