The subject site is located on North Havana Street, near the Hillyard neighborhood. The City of Spokane incorporated city limit boundary directly borders the project to the west. Located in the Hillyard UGA-JPA. The Site is located on North Havana Street at the northeast corner of the intersection with E. Wellesley Ave.   The site lies within Section 18, T 26 N, R 43 EWM – Parcel # 36182.0801 and 36182.0805.  The site is 1.9 acres.
