Project Timeline – Construction Summer 2025

Project Description: This project consists of upgrading the existing crossing with gates and flashing lights, installing guardrail to protect equipment, updating signs/markings, and track crossing replacement including pavement repair at the crossing.  The Project will include safety upgrades, and train-activated warning lights to alert drivers of approaching trains.  Guardrail to protect Railroad equipment from turning grain trucks entering their loading facility.

Project Update – Currently this project is beginning the design phase.

Project Funding – 100% Federally Funded – Section 130 funds.
