The online portal gives you the ability to submit and upload your sewer availability form for review and comment and pay certain fees associated with your sewer availability form. If you would like to download the form, click here.
To apply for a portal account and/or submit your document for review, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Create your portal account. If you have trouble receiving your portal access code, please call 509-477-3675.
You will receive confirmation about the processing of your sewer availability form from the permitting portal.
Step 4: Technical Review
Your sewer availability form is now under review with our technical review staff! To check your form's status, visit the Online Permit Center. Once the review is complete, you will receive an email notification.
Step 5: Pay
When the sewer availability form is ready for release, pay required fees in the Online Permit Center.
