Uniform Guardianship Act Changes

The Uniform Guardianship Act went into effect on 1/1/2022 which impacts all guardianship cases in Spokane County Superior Court . There are new forms and processes and our website has been updated accordingly. Please check the website frequently and familiarize yourself with the new language and requirements for guardianship cases.

To assist in this transition, for 2022, a GMP volunteer will be making phone call reminders to lay guardians approximately 30 days prior to the date the annual report is due.
