[ARCHIVED] UPDATE: 2 Suspects Charged with Murder 2nd Degree

UPDATE: 2 Suspects Charged with Murder 2nd Degree

 Kalispel Tribal Police have charged 19 year-old Brandon L. Pierce and  18 year-old Christian J. Palmer with Murder 2nd Degree.  Both suspects  were booked into the Spokane County Jail earlier this evening.

 This is an active investigation and as such, no additional information is expected or available at this time.

 UPDATE: Homicide Investigation Continues, All Persons Involved Contacted-Detained 

 Investigators and resources from multiple agencies continue to  investigate this morning’s fight that left one man in the hospital with  serious injuries and claimed another man’s life.  

 Detectives  have now made contact with, or detained, all persons known to be  involved in this deadly incident however, no one has been charged at  this time as this is still a very active investigation.  Investigators  continue to process the scene, collect evidence and conduct interviews. 

 The last person believed to have fled the scene this morning was  located by the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task  Force once his identity was determined by detectives.  

 Multiple  agencies have worked together as one during this investigation to ensure  the communities we serve that violent incidents such as this will be  aggressively investigated.
