Spokane Valley Traffic Deputy Jason Karnitz would like to identify and talk to the gentleman in this photo regarding a collision in the Spokane Valley Precinct parking lot on November 8, 2017.
Deputy Karnitz is investigating an incident where a vehicle parked in the Spokane Valley Precinct parking lot was hit by another vehicle. No one has come forward to report the incident.
After reviewing video at the Spokane Valley Precinct, the male in these photo may have seen something or been involved.
Deputy Karnitz would like to identify the male and talk with him regarding this incident.
