DV Investigation Ongoing after Officer Arrested for Assault 4th 

Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Domestic Violence Detective Mike McNees developed probable cause to arrest Nicholas J. Spolski for Assault 4th DV, yesterday evening.

 

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office received information from the Spokane Police Department regarding allegations of domestic violence against a Spokane Police Officer, Nicholas Spolski. 

Detective McNees began the domestic violence investigation and developed probable cause to arrest 37-year-old Spolski for an incident which occurred last Sunday evening at a residence in North Spokane County involving Spolski and the victim he has been dating. 

Thursday evening, Spolski was arrested for Assault 4th DV and transported and booked into the Spokane County Jail. 

This continues to be an active and ongoing investigation and no further information is available at this time.
