Deputy Garrett Spencer was born and raised in Western Washington and is 29-years-old. He comes to us with 6 years of experience with the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Office where he was assigned as a patrol deputy and as a law enforcement liaison to the Washington State Traffic Safety Commission.
