[ARCHIVED] Recycling Old Electronics

electronic gifts

Properly recycling electronics protects our community and environment from heavy metals and toxic chemicals. Televisions, computers, monitors, laptops, tablets, E-readers, DVD players, Keyboards, Printers, Toner Cartridges and Cell phones are all recyclable through the E-Cycle Washington program. You can drop off electronics at any Goodwill or Value Village and they will make sure they are safely recycled. Or contact Artisans, a 29 year old nonprofit organization that provides employment services for disabled people, and they will schedule time to pick up your old electronics within a 100 mile radius of Spokane. Their donation center is located at 200 E. Second Ave and you can make appointments by calling 509-325-4489.

For more information and vendors visit E-Cycle Washington or call 1-800-RECYCLE. The E-Cycle program has collected 347,769,402 pounds of electronics to date in 2017!
