The Spokane County Environmental Services issued a Press Release and FAQ's announcing the availability to apply for Little Spokane Water Bank mitigation certificates for portions of WRIA 55, effective Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Issuance of the certificates is not anticipated until shortly after January 2, 2018.
