[ARCHIVED] No increase in Sewer Rates for 2018.

You have probably noticed that your sewer service bill has not increased.

The Environmental Services Department is pleased to inform you that the sewer service fees will not increase in 2018. Rates for 2018 will remain the same as those put into effect in February, 2016. We are committed to maintaining our focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while providing dependable service to all our customers. As our customer, you can expect system reliability, timely response to your questions and concerns, and respectful service.

At this time, we are anticipating that sewer service rates will need to be increased modestly in 2019 and in subsequent years, and these increases are expected to be in the range of $0.50 per

month for each Equivalent Residential Unit. We plan to update our rate study in the last quarter of 2018, and we will notify you of rate increases for 2019 prior to the end of the year.
