We still have OPENINGS for the FREE Spring Citizens Academy

Spring Citizens Academy Registration is OPEN - Officer Involved Shooting Incidents

Registration for this spring’s Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Citizens Academy is now open. This academy will focus on Officer Involved Shooting Incidents, how they are investigated and how Deputies work to prevent these incidents.

This is also YOUR opportunity to participate in REAL use of force training scenarios, and learn the truth about the laws governing the use of force.

Learn “reality” from the Deputies who serve you each and every day and how it differs from what a Hollywood writer portrays in some crime drama.

*** Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Spring 2018 Citizens Academy starts Monday April 2nd and continues every Monday night from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., ending on April 30th. (5 nights total) ***

Citizens Academy Classes are held at the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Training Center located at 6011 N. Chase Road, Newman Lake, WA.

To Register, contact Deputy Chris Johnston at 509-477-2592 or by email at [email protected]

Class size is limited so sign up now. For the security of all attendees, a background check will be completed on all applicants.

Due to limited seating, please do not register unless you plan to attend all the sessions.

THIS IS A FREE CLASS!
