UPDATE: Located & Safe

SVPD P-Release

Missing at Risk Adult: Jeff “Scotty” Pennell

Spokane Valley Sheriff’s Deputies are attempting to locate 52-year-old Jeff “Scotty” Pennell and are asking for your help.

Pennell was last seen this afternoon walking away from Valley Hospital.  Pennell’s caregiver states he has pneumonia, usually needs the assistance of a wheelchair, has been very confused and hasn’t been taking his medications.  Because of this, it is not believed he could walk very far but attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful.

Pennell is described as a white male, 5’10” approximately 170 pounds.  He is balding on top with gray hair on the sides and a gray beard which is slightly longer than pictured (he does not have his glasses with him).  He was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, shorts, red high-top shoes and he had a maroon backpack with him.

If you have seen Jeff “Scotty” Pennell or know of his location, you are asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233 or 911, reference #10150997.
