[ARCHIVED] Suspect Arrested for 4 Counts of Indecent Exposure

Karpov

On May 31, 2016, Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Assault Unit Detectives arrested 46-year-old Mikhail G. Karpov for four counts of Indecent Exposure.

Detectives began investigating several reports of lewd conduct where an older white male was exposing himself and masturbating in front of juveniles and adults over the past several months in Spokane Valley and Spokane City. Investigators developed enough evidence to charge Karpov in four of these cases.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims who have not reported incidents or have not been identified. Detectives are releasing Karpov’s photos with the hope any additional victims or witnesses will come forward as they continue to investigate these incidents.

No specific vehicle description will be provided as Karpov has access to several different vehicles and may have used any one of them.

Anyone with information regarding this investigation, or anyone who has been victimized by Karpov, is urged to contact Detective Streltzoff at (509)477-3218.
