Hwy. 27, between Fairfield and Tekoa, is Closed Due to Blowing and Drifting Snow

Hwy. 27 has been closed between Fairfield and Tekoa due to large drifts and blowing snow making it impassable.

We also have reports of significant blowing and drifting of snow in the outlying areas of South Spokane County.  Motorists should avoid travel in these areas.

Road Crews are doing a great job working to keep our roadways open and safe please but the high winds in some areas are creating large drifts which are posing a problem.
