Detectives Seek Information Regarding Electronics Theft

Crime Stoppers Reward Offered

Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest is now offering a reward in an effort to assist Spokane Valley Investigative Unit (SVIU) Detectives as they investigate the theft of nearly $6000 of Apple Electronics.

On March 23, 2019, loss prevention employees reported the theft of (6) Apple iPads and (2) Apple iPods from Fred Meyer located at 15609 E. Sprague in Spokane Valley.

The male suspect in these photos, captured from store surveillance video, entered the store at approximately 4:20 p.m. and gained access to a locked electronics case without causing any damage.  He gathered up the 6 iPads and 2 iPods and left the store without paying for the merchandise.

Investigators are aware the pictures are not clear but believe anyone who knows the suspect will recognize him and his tattoos.

Persons with information regarding this suspect, or knows of a male driving a similar vehicle who may have bragged about committing several thefts or attempted to sell possible stolen property, is urged to call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1-800-222-TIPS, or going to www.p3tips.com. Tipsters do not have to give their name to collect the cash reward.

Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest is a civilian organization that promotes public safety by paying cash rewards for information that solves crimes. It is not affiliated with law enforcement. Full Disclosure of reward requirements is available at http://www.crimestoppersinlandnorthwest.org.
