
Detectives Attempt to Identify Potential Witnesses Who May Have Information Regarding Wandermere Shooting Suspect
Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Detectives would like your help identifying the male and female depicted in these photos. Investigators believe they had contact with the suspect Jonathan R. Andersen after the shooting and murder of the victim, Misty Hirsch.
On July 8, 2019, shooting suspect Jonathan R. Andersen was arrested near Rowan and Madison following a pursuit. Andersen remains in the Spokane County Jail, with a set bond of over $1 million, charged with Murder 1st Degree, Attempted Murder 1st Degree (two counts), Attempting to Elude a Police Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm 1st Degree and a Washington State Department of Corrections Hold.
Major Crimes Detectives, continuing to investigate, are attempting to identify the male and female in these photos, gleaned from video surveillance cameras at the North Spokane Walmart.
On July 7, 2019, hours after the murder of Hirsch, the male and female were observed at Walmart, located at 9212 N. Colton. The male entered the store, purchased items, and met with the female who was driving the depicted SUV. The female then contacted Andersen who was driving the Red/Tan Ford Expedition (depicted in photos released previously) and provided him with some of the items from the store.
Believing the male and female interacted with Andersen within hours after the murder and may have additional information which would be pertinent to the investigation, Investigators would like to identify them.
