UPDATE: With Your Help, the Suspect has been Identified
After receiving several tips for our community, Spokane Valley Traffic Unit Investigators identified the male as 53-year-old William J. Rutter. He has been charged with hit and run of an unattended vehicle.

Spokane Valley Traffic Unit Investigators are attempting to identify the male in these photos and would like your help.
The male is believed to know about a property damage hit and run collision that occurred in a parking lot, located in the 8200 block of E. Trent, late last month.
