Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Unit (SCIU) Detective Dean Meyer would like your help identifying this male.
On September 13, 2019, the victim reported two packages were stolen from the front porch of his residence located near E. Wabash Road and N. Penn Avenue. (Fraser Estates: northeast of Argonne Road/Wellesley Avenue)
He checked his surveillance video; he observed the male slowly walk on his porch just after 4:00 a.m. on September 13th, pick up the packages, and slowly walk away.
