Hunting season has arrived! From October 14 through December 19, a limited management hunt will be taking place on Mica Peak Conservation Area to reduce high populations of White-tailed deer and wild turkey. The hunt will be managed through Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife through their Hunt by Reservation program. ONLY White-tailed deer and wild turkey can be harvested on Mica Peak Conservation Area.
All interested hunters will need to sign up through the Hunt by Reservation Program prior to hunting on Mica Peak Conservation Area. All reservations will be two days and limited to parties of up to three individuals. One party only will be permitted to hunt the Mica Peak Conservation Area at any given time.
For safety purposes, all non-hunting recreation users of Mica Peak Conservation Area are advised to wear orange during these months.
