[ARCHIVED] Suspect Shoots into Occupied Apartment

On June 26, 2016 at approximately 2:49 a.m., Spokane Valley Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a reported drive-by shooting at an apartment located in the 7400 block of East Trent in Spokane Valley.

The male resident told deputies he was watching television in the front room of his apartment when he heard several shots and glass breaking. When he ran outside, he observed a light blue or gray Honda SUV (possible Honda Odyssey) driving away, westbound on Trent. The victim stated he believes the vehicle had an Idaho license plate and started with a “K”, but was unable to provide any additional information.

Deputies observed the broken window and located what appeared to be several bullet holes in the wall. The victim and sole occupant of the apartment at the time of the incident was not injured.

We realize the video clips do not show the suspect vehicle very well but Major Crimes Detectives are hoping someone may be able to help identify the suspect(s) or provide information regarding this incident.

Anyone with information is asked to call Spokane Valley Major Crimes Detective Kirk Keyser at 509-477-6611.
