Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Unit (SCIU) Detective Mark Smoldt would like your help identifying this male.
SCIU is investigating reports of vehicle prowlings in the Medical Lake area on April 6, 2020. The male was captured on two separate home security cameras.
The male is described as a white male, approximately 20-30 years old, thin, wearing all black, and riding an orange and black bicycle.
