Detectives Seek Information Regarding Suspect Arrested for Sexual Abuse of a Juvenile

Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Assault Unit (SAU) Detectives, investigating a previously unreported sexual assault of a juvenile in Millwood, arrested 54-year-old Eric A. Mork, charging him with two felony sexual assault crimes.

Investigators believe some individuals may have additional information regarding this investigation and have not reported it or been contacted by law enforcement.  They ask anyone who has information regarding Mork’s interactions with juveniles, or they believe could be of help to Detectives to come forward.

During the investigation, Detective Humphrey learned from witnesses and Mork’s neighbors, Mork frequently spent time alone with male juveniles at his residence in Millwood, located in the 3300 block of North Fowler Road. The juveniles were neighbors and lived in the general vicinity of Mork’s home.

Mork also allowed juvenile runaways to stay at his residence for several days while they were on the run.

From this information, Detective Humphrey believes this activity occurred over several years while Mork resided in the Millwood area.

Investigators encourage anyone who may have information regarding these allegations involving Eric C. Mork to contact Detective Brad Humphrey at 509-477-3028, reference incident #10056789.
