Voter Service Center at CenterPlace is Not Open
CenterPlace Event Center in Spokane Valley is not open for the August 4 primary election. When the ballots were printed in early June, the expectation was that the region would be open.
In-person services for voters are available at the main elections office at 1033 W Gardner Ave. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. On Election Day, Tuesday August 4, hours are 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Masks are required. Social distancing is observed so wait times may be longer than normal.
Register to Vote
Voters have until 8:00 pm on Election Day to register to vote and to cast a ballot. Voters are encouraged to not wait until the last minute.
Voters have until Monday, July 27 to register online or by mail.
- Voters with a Washington State Driver’s License or ID Card can register online at VoteWA.gov
- Voters without a Washington State DL can complete a registration form and email to [email protected]. Registration forms are available online at www.spokanecounty.org\elections, you can also email [email protected] or call 509-477-2320 to request a form.

Replacement Ballots or Envelopes
Voters who need a replacement ballot or envelope should call the Elections Office at 509-477-2320. Depending upon the situation, voters may be able to print a replacement ballot. Again, voters are encouraged to not wait until the last minute.
