Male Exposes Himself to Unsuspecting Barista
Spokane Valley Sheriff’s Deputies are attempting to identify and locate an adult male who reportedly exposed his genitals to a barista working the drive-up window. If you can help investigators identify or locate the suspect, you are asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233.
On October 22, 2020, at approximately 6:00 pm., Spokane Valley Deputies responded to the report of an indecent exposure incident at the Wake-Up Call coffee stand located at 210 N. Sullivan Road in Spokane Valley.
The adult victim reported she was working the drive-up window at the time of the incident when the male suspect arrived. She greeted the male, and he asked for her phone number and if she would perform a sexual act for him. The victim, shocked by the blunt request, noticed the male’s hand was on his genitals, which were exposed.
The victim, now scared and upset by the male’s unsolicited and indecent actions, backed away from the window and called 9-1-1, and the suspect drove away.
The male was described as white, possibly in his 30’s or 40’s, with a “buzz cut” dark hair, a rounder face with a stubble (unshaven) beard. The male’s stature/build was described as average and slightly heavy. He was possibly wearing a dark green or gray hoodie and dark pants.
The suspect’s vehicle was described as an older, not new, silver/gray 4-door sedan.
The attached pictures from the coffee stand’s security system are believed to be of the suspect’s vehicle. We understand the images are not of the highest quality, but we hope someone who knows the suspect will be able to help Deputies identify him from them in conjunction with the description provided.
Anyone with information regarding this incident or can help identify the suspect is asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233, reference #10141198.
