Deputies Respond to Domestic Violence Incident 

Male Believed to be in Apartment but Refusing to Surrender/Cooperate 

 

Spokane Valley Deputies are at the scene of a reported domestic violence incident.  The involved male is believed to be inside the apartment however, he is refusing to cooperate or surrender to Deputies.  

 

Due to the potential of violence, Behavioral Health Co-Responder Team, Negotiators, SWAT, and other assets are responding with the hope of deescalating this tense situation and ending it peacefully. 

 

ROAD CLOSURE:  E. Jackson Ave. is close to the east of Bowdish Road, and N. Wilbur Road is close to the north of Carlisle Ave.
