[ARCHIVED] Victim Advocates of the Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office to Honor the Memories of Murder Victims

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – For the past Fifteen years, the Victim Advocates from the Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office have been recognizing the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims in September. 

This is a yearly event to recognize victims of murder by having a candlelight vigil outside of the Spokane County Courthouse. This event is about celebrating the life of loved ones. Members of the community are invited to continue the healing process by remembering their loved ones through sharing stories, showing pictures, or something similar.

WHEN:              Thursday, September 22nd, 2022

WHERE:             Lawn area between the Public Works Building and the Law Enforcement Memorial on the County Campus, located at 1026 W. Broadway Avenue.

(Event will be moved inside to the Public Works Building if weather is poor)

TIME:                  5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
