County Road Crews Plowing in all Four Districts

Priority One - Emergency Routes and Major Arterials

SPOKANE COUNTY, November 30, 2022 – Since Monday, Spokane County road crews have been working in 12-hour shifts plowing and sanding throughout the road system. As today’s storm system moved into the region, their efforts shifted to keeping clear emergency routes and major arterials. If it is possible to work from home – please stay off the roads today. In addition, move any obstacles that might be in the street/road that serves your property (vehicles, garbage cans, basketball hoops) and would prevent plows from clearing to the curbs.

As more snow is in the forecast for today – and the remainder of the week – crews will return to clearing the county’s Priority One routes. This means that it could take several days to complete clearing residential areas. The public’s understanding and patience is appreciated.
